Unable to access this area to install sheet rock 4th FL in 4 areas (BOH at sharft wall, elevator control room, elevator door fronts, west wall towards BOH)

Waiting on inspection; reassigned: boards installers; could have sent 2 guys per 4 areas (8 guys reassigned); rock 1 day per area (double layers) 8 hours- lost 10% production waiting for inspections and reassigning men to other areas… waited 2 weeks (11 days) - see email 2 feb 20

Flowbar issue

Control joints 5 total had to comeback to tape CEILING

taper had to come back 2 times

BQ 00 steel 2" off center, bolts in the way; had to shave back of GFRG; later, had to comeback w taper to modify further; installed as high as it could go

Taper had to fix the radius of that curve to make it work after ceiling lowered and also the bolts in the way; 2 guys took 4 hours to make fit over bolts, taper took 3 visits to build up compound (2 hrs each time) just to make smooth curve

carpenter 1 hr and taper 2 hours

Spearhead is still waiting for flow bars to be in stalled so they can be taped in.

ceiling already skimmed; 1 taper took 3 days to do each side (mesh) = 3days x 4 trips = 12 days total or 96 hours

2020-02-08 Comeback - Trade Interference

We are waiting for light fixtures @capitals on the Eastside beween four and five

we had to comeback to install sheetrock after we had already sheetrocked the cove; see marks on FRG Capital showing where we had anticipated lights; at each location, the time lost was (42 lights at cove area only comeback.. 2 per area... therefore, 21 times)… had to do cove, then back and then the flat part for lights (3 comebacks) (we calculated based on 3 guys for 1 entre week - 5 days to sheetrock for lights after they got set: 8*5*3=120 hours PLUS we were delayed while we waited for those lights... had to reassign workers, lost 10% productivity while we waited... wait time started on 23 Jan... waited 16 days so far to finish this rock
