2020-01-29 Comeback - Waiting on Others

still missing flow bars case complete to spackle on the Southwest wall fourth floor pedestrian bridge b

for taping alone… comeback time for taper; ready to skim, each area needs 1, 2 and 3 coats plus sand; all wasted time; (1st and 2nd coats to this point); 4 comebacks (2hrs each time) = 8 hours for taper + set up and break down (add 1 hour) notified SWJV 2 weeks prior that pipe in the way; impacted laoyt, black iron and now grid. We brought evertyhgin to this point and pipe still in the way. They tried to raise it but didn't work; we had to lower grid and pull the line in; major re-work; opposite side also had to drop due to duct work by the BQ line; had to re-string line for slope towards elevators; had ccoordinate w all the SWJV to confirm slope and solution; wall also affected by this area even the base was 2" off centerline (westward) and top, too… many were 1" off at the base; back and forth w SWJV for final determination re what could be moveed/couldn't be moved Comeback time because we couldn't load floor wmaterail; had to keep open for all trades and laborers removing garbage had to comeback to layout on ground and then cutting into ceiling; multiple revisions and guidance over (extra 3 days cutting and installing)- 5 total in diner alone Elevation didn't work; Mech hit

Duct at BQ line BOO also in the way;

Capital had to be lowered; wait time to get final location / elevation due to ceiling changes; Bolts in the way

SWJV still not confirming credit to BOH; Spearhead continues to work until official scope removal

Roof still leaking after ceilings installed and taped

Control joints lost time; never had entire plan; piecemeal from architect

Out of sequence work - No coordination - SWJV pushed us to frame and rock vertical end walls at fireshutter; roll down gate guys said rock in his way; demanded to have 7' removed; caused comeback work to repair
