2020-02-08 Comeback - Trade Interference

out of sequence - comeback work to sheetrock back of soffiits separately because waiting on sprinkler

we had to comeback to install sheetrock at backside of soffit; at each location, the time lost was 5 days for 3 guys to cover the soffits for (14 bays)… had to do cove, then back soffit and then the flat part for lights (3 comebacks)… harder area to get to... bigger boards, less productivity due to location 2 to 3 days to add framing and sheetrock to mount fire alarms to get inspected only 1 out of 20 lights in place at this location on 8 feb… by 13 feb, only 7 out of 20 lights installed (meaning it took 5 days to install 6 lights); sequence was to be: frame (done), electricain install lights, inspect lights, then rock

24th of January 2020 sign in sheet ceiling grid install that Northwest flare

took time to fine a clean area for them to work

insulating and sheetrocking the loading platform wall hole to remain open. 1st coat complete. Diner SE.

hole at mech room (wall by fire alarm/double door to BOH) Merrick is installing corner bead on the square columns he's on the third column,two are complete finishing the third Damage to wall at Brooklyn Diner. Spearhead will have to repair. Area on east wall at north access panel.
