2019-12-08 Production Loss - SWJV loaded GWB on day 5; a SUNDAY

16 hrs loading gwb on 2x (Sunday); could have been installing it on SAT and SUNwhen less busy on bridge; cost premioum $$ for loading; can't install while loading, inefficient; wasted $ for premium time OUT of SEQUENCE work; forced to put up walls while building still open (tape and spackle) so that Kone could put up glass handrails; wall open and had to be redone; took 1 taper entire day to repair; west side also wet, just not as bad (4hrs comeback)

believe that's the panel Max and we also got sheetrock and some metal going to the 4th floor Sunbelt rentals is picking up to machines Wednesday November 6th we received a delivery of Deco rapid echo board going up to 4 this is a soft joint that the panel mats made with caulk Brian Johnson and Mike Rizzo were out November 8th Friday, time sheet for November 8th 2019 Hilti picked up the damage laser today the pr 40 + we got a PR 30 instead guys like it better they still have pipe insulation going over to walkway and over the escalator. we're doing second coat on the fire alarm room back wall we got it delivery of black iron today from kamco it took 10 minutes we used to magni. 9:20 to 9:30 they almost have all the glass installed on the west elevation that's great for our panalmax shanty Kim Coates here with the delivery for the second floor
