could not access level 3 due to entire staircase getting concrete pour (4 guys x 8 hrs ea = 32 hours); told 2 guys not to come in, other 2 reassigned which took an hour to get them set up

this the high impact board off of cords wall at the fire alarm room OUT of SEQUENCE work; fire alarm panel conduit in the way; installed prior to CORD's framing and we had to work around them to install boards; impact to productivity.
