2019-11-15 Production Loss - SWJV - No Schedule

we've been trying to get our sheetrock up/2 hours now the Maggie's wheels don't work then they do work you got all the block in the way, very difficult to load the plumber put his half inch copper pipe in the way of any materials getting in so it was took 3 hours to get on delivery up after work which in reality should only took 1 hour

Gary's favorite delivery noon arrival got pushed to 4pm (4 hours); lost productivity thinking we'd get down there, "soon";material on site earlier in day. Tarmac dug out making extreme difficulty getting materials to our guys. Then, a random copper pipe (1/2") installed right in the middle of the landing for all trades to have to negotiate. No walls up, could have put that pipe in at a different time. should have taken 1 hour to unoloed; took 3x as long;delay waiting to get materials that had arrived earlier DAY 1 - MW - Congestion at MW; we ramptued up to meet condencesed scheudle but then you plocked the area; 80% of east side not accesssible; all tool boxes had to be moved to west side, furthering congestion; only places we could work got stacked wmaterials and equipment; blocked east side of bridge plus still open where deliveries had been coming in on the north end; BEGINNING of delay fo rwast side work; further delay of scedule; could not add manpower even if we wanted to twork on east side from brooklyn diner north schedule trhown off- inability to schedule manpoer we loaded the job with painters to accelerate the taping so the painter could begin… eventhough we had no schedule that showed us when the painter was supposed to start… 10 out of 15 tapers impacted by congestion, 2 carpenters also impacted by trying to install control joints... moving East toWest across all the obstacles in the way... damaged rock; hit trash contaier

Ainsworth and Gary attended all SpCx Collaboration meetings

add'l work directed by tej and mack cut opening ofr electric boxes needed. Should have been coordianted prior to install. Come back work needign ticket when complete. 2 days 2 guys total.
