2019-11-13 Production Loss - SWJV - No Schedule 2020-02-16 Production Loss - Trade Interference

we are still waiting for the slab to be poured on the second floor so we can complete the core board Donaldson stuff for the 3rd and 2nd floor is in our way on the 4th floor, we are trying to tape ceilings

7 days, still not poured, built bridge across and floated the wall; held up entire outside to be rocked. already included had to work around materials; sean hickey fuming because he was trying to move stuff with 1 laborer, said they'd move it during the day… didn't happen; donaldson didn't want it in their way but it was ok for their materials to be in our way. SOFFITS DONE AND CEILING GRID DONE (4 DAYS PRIOR). WAITING ON LIGHTS TO FINISH SEISMIC AND FINISH INSPECTIONS. waiting on tin knocker (celtic) to finish plenum; we framed and as we started framing, celtic went up in there and removed pieces of framing while we're hanging ceiling; couldn't work efficiently that day; once we finally got in there, then we got stopped because tin knoker had to install his plenum boxes (4 guys); 3 times for comebacks (South and east walls not done); had to remove piece for lightiong guys so they could access the areas; can't tie ceiling grid into walls (east and south) because neither wall built, yet. Built 75% of ceiling and tin knowcker remoed; had to go back in; was tied in, then he disconnected, then we had to go backin and re-tie in... happened right on braced area; did not extend all the way due to wall not in; then had to pull back for lighting to get inspected, then had to go back in while cord and us had to finish walls; SWJV begged us to do work out of sequence so they could get their inspections done; drop downs not installed at that point for tin knocker (he had to lower his plenums, we think... they were too high up)

we've been waiting since Friday night to get this move it's Monday 10:00. It's holding up our taping

waiting since Friday and it's Monday!!

2019-11-15 Production Loss - SWJV we're staying late to get a delivery up to the second floor magne just came over it was supposed to be here earlier in the day

noon arrival got pushed to 4pm (4 hours); lost productivity thinking we'd get down there, "soon"
