3rd floor mechanical room 3-hour wall.

6 guys struggling to get installed ahead of tin knocker (2 days); just happened to hear about it; tin knocker nice enough to mention; so gary decided to work Sunday after telling everyone they wouldn't be there on sun and then 4 guys for 6 days returned 4 times, material wasn't loaded; plus all inspections 3: built an 8' header so we could finish top and continue to load job (tin knocker needed to bring in a fan and materials); could not close up, 5th time coming back for 8' by 10' opening for garbage removal and all trades materials

will probably 80% done with a delivery and they stopped to artillery in are bringing down somebody else's machine so waiting for the crane to get the last two piles of sheetrock up

had 2 piles to go but stopped because SWJV wanted to use crane to bring anvil machines down; nobody was there to take them; stopped our delivery, took 2 hrs to get down, sat in parking lot but we could have finished our delivery, didn't pick up until the next day right in the middle of our delivery; couldn't wait 30 mins; thought we had too much rock delay getting materials to bring up crates; missing pieces of jigsaw puzzle, delayed our work; could not finish capital without all pieces 100% loss
