we're calling it quits at 1 today due to inclement weather

there are no trim rings on the lights and we're starting to tape the ceiling South end near head house 3rd coat at diner complete. Should be done by tomorrow. WALLS

18 lights w/o tim rings and already have 2 coats; 1 taper had to come back to hit 18 lights 2 times (2 days total) 4 times coming back to add control joints 3 times; soffit obstruction could have finished this in 1 shot… now we have to come back, reload materials, get a machine, send 2 guys to install… 5mins turned into 3 hours… Flowbar had to be cut open; should have been installed w framing; which we would sheetrock into. Flowbar needed before rock. Had to cut back sheetrock to allow for flow bar; no locations given for start and stops; also had to add framing to account for gaps where there were not flow bars; 2 guys 1 week; cut back, then frame "patch" then rock (tape already accounted for) from 8 feb to 15 feb (7 days) we waited to close ceiling; had a day crew and night crew waiting for lights not installed (lost and found), inspections, sprknklers needed to be set, siesmic for other trades)= 6*7*8=336 hours we waited/lost: not productive and even more congestion was a loss of 20%... on hold...

duct pipe needs to be insulated so we could finish sheetrock in the ceiling in front of the elevator
