2019-10-20 Production Loss - SWJV - No Schedule

we sharrock [sheet rocked] the elevators what continue to frame the columns and was sheetrocking ahead of the escalators

pulled off and worked overtime to get work done b4 escalator arrival: 3hr rated, 1 hr rated, then 2 hr rated wall… PLUS extra layer for reveals on west sides plus extra layer on triangle; could not access… insulating the tp was a feat! ALL OF THIS TIME COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY HAD ALLOWED US TO PUYT UP THE WALLS PRIOR TO STEEL AND IN ACCORDANCE W OUR HEATMAP! 30 FOOT STUDS WITH BOOM COULD HAVE GONE IN AS 1 ENTIRE SECTION VS 8 SECTIONS! THis is only lower part (3rd fl).

2019-10-20 Production Loss - SWJV completed the first step of the 3-hour wall next week they'll have to inspect it and we could close it up

we were able to get the boom lift ,so we are able to insulate and rock the rest of the back electric closet room on the east side [Unable to use lifts; productivity cut in half] skanska asked us to cut the stud for the electrician's box at various locations on the 4th floor in the trusses we're able to get to boom lift to finish off the wall by the escalator back side of the elevator on the third floor is sheetrock

elevator pit had to be cut back for escalator to sit on , not elevator pit. Held up work on 3rd floor 4 pieces laid out entire way; had to relocate workers; took entire week: load, hoist, set; far more congested moving materials , gang boxes and equipment

2019-10-25 Progress the taper started Thursday the 24th 2019-10-26 Production Loss - SWJV bringing up insulation to the third floor with the magni [Still no exterior framing by Cord] 2019-10-26 Production Loss - SWJV Saturday October 26th [Curtain wall still not complete]
