2019-10-01 Production Loss - SWJV Due to the congestion and the significantly delayed work on the bridge, SWJV informed SpCx that no GFRG/c pieces could be delivered to the bridge "for some time." As a way to slow the

(scattered installation due to sequence of fabrication, which was based on starting at mw; no laydown area resulted in inefficient installation as well)

production/delivery, SpCx directed Plasterform to create ALL the molds, prior to casting the pieces. Following this direction, the first shipment of the expensive, custom made GFRG/C pieces coming from Canada was scheduled to arrive onsite, 14 Aug 19. However, SWJV was still not ready to allow SpCx to accept delivery of the materials. The SWJV PM team prevented SpCx from performing its contracted work and attempting to recover its contract schedule of a May 19 through October 19 installation. Because PBBwas so far behind and because the PM team would not allow deliveries of GFRG/C to the bridge, Plasterform agreed to then hold the pieces for a few weeks. Despite not shipping the pieces, however, Plasterform sent photographic documentation that the pieces had been made and subsequently billed SpCx for those pieces. The SWJV PM team was unwilling to reimburse SpCx for the custom pieces, despite preventing SpCx from taking delivery and despite the pieces being custom to this project, only. the beast 6 trust [BR 6 Truss] is out of plumb an inch and 7/8 [1-7/8"] top to bottom I'm going to need directions on what to do mechanical still on finished [unfinished] over the area we want to set up a shanty for the panel Max
