2019-10-01 "Real Prick"

On Tuesday, 1 Oct 19, Andee told PM, Frank Corallo, to join her outside the meeting tailer for a private conversation. When Andee confronted Frank about his comment to Gary, Frank did not deny he made that threat to Gary. In fact, he told Andee he never made the comment to SpCx's PM, only SpCx's Super, Gary. Andee asked Frank if his unwillingness to reimburse SpCx for the GFRG/C was in fact, his way of, "being a real prick, too." Andee further shared that ALL SpCx Supers and Foremen are required to submit thorough and accurate Field Notes in order to monitor progress. Andee emphasized, "Your behavior is completely unacceptable. if I ever get wind of you threatening or coercing a SpCx employee's behavior or report of progress back to the company, rest assured, I will not speak with your supervisors of your cowardly and unprofessional behavior. Instead, you will be talking with my counsel while I am talking with the Port Authority. I have bills to pay and you need to approve our Pay Requisition, immediately." Frank agreed to, "take care of it," and Andee re-joined the weekly meeting. Later, Frank coordinated the shipment of material to a Skanska warehouse so that SWJV could take ownership and reimburse SpCx for the materials while waiting to install them on the bridge.
