I walked this morning with Zach and Brian want to determine where we could set up the panel Max by and we found a location next to the Head house and that loading platform where we could build a shanty

2019-09-13 Production Loss - SWJV we got it delivery today of sheetrock and coreboard and some thermafiber insulation, the delivery arrived at 730 we didn't get the delivery up until 11

there is a discrepancy in with the actual center [of] Steelers [steel trusses] and where the engineer [cut where the center of ] steel where it should be this might affect the clipse [clips] especially at the top where the plates are bolted it was tight to begin with [impacts SpCx's clip alignment in 6 locations] they starting to set the steel for the elevators which is a good thing [SpCx Contract Project Schedule shows start date of Jun 19] this is the bottom of the escalator to getting ready to pour on Tuesday [SpCx Contract Project Schedule shows start date of Jun 19]

showed Brian cut lines, pointed out bolts and center cuts at trusses are off center; Clips and framing (# truss bases x 1 side, 2 sides of clips cut and extended (5 rows x 2 per side, 10 per side, 2 sides=> 20 clips ber leg modified; 1 stud ripped down or tunel into fire proofing); over spray 4" vs 2" requirement across 40 legs) SCHEDULE; steel for escalator was in wrong location (out of whack) and also short… when we built wall at the escalator… we reailzed the steel was skewed… it was also too narrow and we had to wait for them to weld steel plate in order to set our wall; delay, wait time, comework; interference to build bwalls that had to be hurreidly built for the escalator got installed... welding took longer and we had to waitt for them. we put our wall on steel that was scewed and had to go back and rework to adjust wall / square it up SCHEDULE

Saturday September 14th we will working overtime today to complete the electric room so the tape and could start taping next week the staircase have a has a ride [arrived] for 1, 2 and 3 and 4 they're supposed to start installing Monday night this is a picture of the shaft wall in electric room we putting in 4" thermafiber fireproof [Fireproofer] is damaged maybe four pieces of black iron I spoken to them and they didn't damage any more but I'm going to let skanska know about it if they need anything removed we will third floor electric room
