it's Friday we're going to stay late just to finish the clips over the moving walkway and the rest of the crew is going to stay to continue there [their] work,Mike stayed 1 hour Joanne [Joe] could stay for [4] hours Nick and Andre Lewis and my selves paid [stayed] 6 hours till we were done with all the clips in the moving walkway. phil Castro .and Gauntlet ,p.had to leave at regular time today. also the lahers left regular time. [SWJV said they would build ramps over moving walkway pit for lifts to roll over. Never happened and SpCx had to complete interior framing from a Boom Lift 84' below the roof deck. Major loss of productivity.] installing temporary electric panels in the electric room on the third floor we are continuing framing a walls and sheetrock they started hanging curtain wall already ,moving along pretty quick! fireproof is not even complete yet fireproofer is Spain [spraying] on the clips we have to clean the clips off so we could screw on metal stud to them [total overspray captured on separate, approved CO] Mock directs SpCx to store first 3 to 4 shipments of GFRG/C due to congestion Loss of productivity due to congestion and delays getting materials to work areas compelled SpCx to request work during 2nd shift. SpCx had concerns that poorly managed trade stacking throughout the day prevented SpCx's productive flow of work. Frank Corallo denied request stating, "Andee, working the 2nd shift for Spearhead is not necessary at this time, however we can collectively discuss this further when timing permits." Topic never raised again, until mid December, when SpCx requested a meeting w John Dolan and PM to discuss plan to complete project. SpCx shared that 2nd Shift was critical. SpCx allowed to proceed with additional 2nd Shift three months (95 days) after original request.
