2019-08-30 Production Loss - SWJV - No Schedule

we started framing the electric room on the third floor

we framed west and north sides and then SWJV told us they were going to pour a curb. They didn't have the frame for door. Had to frame the opening to accommodate the door. The east wall had to be framed and sheetrocked at the top in order to pull out lift. : first wall on north for panel 1hr + plywood and tape (frame north wall 2 days, 3 guys); waited for curbs (2 days), then SWJV scrapped them; west side w bigger opening for door since no door frame caused extra work (4hrs) with header work... inspectors had difficulty understanding (frame west wall 2 guys, 2 days), south side built it backwards and used coreboard + 3 layers (flipped backwards) and east at same time (east wall had 10 foot header in order to be able to remove lift after sheetrocker; Mock rushing us so that his painter could paint) - Mac joked that the room took a month - 3 weeks for framing and rock at (comeback work 3x because the door never arrived. - 1st time we were only suposed to build 1 one per SWJV (north) then they changed to have us build the rest, then waited on curb, then they didn't) --- north first, rocied plywood , west wall framed, then coreboard south wall (3 guys, 3 days) then tied framing into coreboard, then east wall was last due to big ipening (3 guys, 2 days), had to finish all rock and tape 3 guys 3 days plus taper for 3 taper for 3 days), then get lift out then reframe the opening then go back to finish rock at lower section .... every

we are also using a boom from the outside to and saw [install] some pencil rods and some clips Mike Rizzo and gauntlet holness are out today We are continuing to do framing and sheetrock on the third floor. we are installing clips on the 4th floor trusses, we are also installing pencil rod and black iron on the 4th floor. Andre and Nick working overtime shooting clips over the moving walkway
