2019-08-28 Production Loss - SWJV we hired a new shop steward today!! he did his orientation until 11 am, he work the rest of the day on the 4th floor installing clips. 2019-08-29 Production Loss - Equipment "down" magni broke again after the ambulance left so we started carrying us pulling out studs up by hand with a rope [loss of production]

we were about to start delivery and someone got insurted on 3rd floor. Magni had to bring him down. Then the magni broke so we could not use it and had to hand lug materials by rope and by hand; 10 guys did 1 extra hour

2019-08-29 Production Loss - SWJV - Work Stoppage

a guy got hurt on the third floor today's fell over a hole cover and hurt his back so that [they are] taking them down with the magni an ambulance is coming - this incident has affected us getting our material up to the third floor we had to stop loan [loading] and everybody had to move out of the way to let the ambulance , have access and to get the guy down SWJV Directed SpCx PM (Sean Reed) to enter labor hours into SWJV software, starting 30 Aug 19 to Present The tin knockers are walking there [their] ductwork up the stair tower,not that I am happy to see them walking duct up,but at least we know it wasn't just spearhead skanska's letting us use a boom lift [to] hangout [hang our] pencil rod and lblack Iron over the moving walkway [84'-0" high]
