2019-08-20 Production Loss - SWJV Still no landing pad to take deliveries.

lull had to lift materiasl thru truss legs; added time to boom, delivieres required 4 guys: 1 up top to accpt, 2 guys unloading on top of bridge; 1 guy at ground math: 2hrs per 3 guys

2019-08-20 Production Loss - SWJV Held up in Safety Training and Badging until 12:30pm 2019-08-21 Production Loss - SWJV - Steel

the scissor lift that we received on Monday XIX has still not made it up to the fourth floor still in the yard it's Wednesday the 21st . We are continuing to install our clips for the trusses we're installing pencil rod and black iron for the sockets [soffits] we still do not have it an elevation for the ceiling if it's going to be adjusted so we're going with the elevation that's on the plans. Day 3 of no lift at PBB. SWJV has incorrect length of wire straps (need 8' not 12'); Zack Trausse informed me the Lull broke, - again. the scissor lift that we received on Monday XIX has still not made it up to the fourth floor still in the yard it's Wednesday the 21st . The benchmark on pedestrian bridge b headhouse side was changed it's a half inch lower and the original 81 foot benchmark. are scissor lift is still has not been brought to the 3rd floor also we're going to need the materials to build the electric closet on the third floor. the spearhead is still waiting for an elevation so we could set our black iron. on the 4th floor bridge b. they still have to clean off of the third floor they're taking the very off and has also rebar that's laying on the floor needs to be moved to a location so we could drive the left and build the electric room.

lost time due to comeback time to complete task unavailable due to no lift

2019-08-21 Production Loss - SWJV spearhead construction is having a hard time charging are left [our lifts] and charging are [our] batteries there's not enough power up there on the bridge so we need to address it [7 days so far]

had to get extension cords to try to charge while in use; hopping from socket to socket, hopping around trying to get power and running cords/ resetting breakers - wait time for electrician to flip switch Day 4 - Access/Control Pts/Elevations; adjusted new elevation at B5 which we then followed the raike of the curtain wall from that point
