Will have to scrape away fireproofing due to lack of access with other material in our way. we have access lines on the third floor they're still doing some work phone [form] work they have some rebar and other materials and debris to get cleared off so we could way up layout We are continuing to install metal blocking to attach our clips to today you're also installing some black iron along the soffits and hanging pencil rod,there's an issue with the elevation of the ceilings due to the sagging of the bridge, 4 inch bust skanska is going to establish a new elevation for the ceiling. RE Elevations: Bridge sag and added concrete to deck Spearhead submitting RFI to verify new heights of ceilings/soffits due to sagging of bridge and additive concrete pour (to bring floor to AFF shown in drawings). Overall height from AFF to underside of soffit and ceiling will be less than shown on RCPs. Two issues: 1. We're installing clips, now. Need access/control points ASAP to avoid delay of work. 2. We bid to 8" CBS clips. Might have to substitute for 10" CBS clips and request change to pricing via Change Order. Loss of Production

2 guys reasigned (2 hrs), had to comeback and rework clips (8 hrs) plus loss of productivity/efficiency due to congestion by the time we could comeback comeback work; we had started layout, had to leave for concrete pour into forms, lines covered, had to do re-work, then rebar was in way and we had to comeback to finish, area wasn’t available to us; math comeback to finish time (set up) + re-work of what got covered + initial reassignment to new location; see white and yellowmarks on floor Day 1 - Access/Control Pts/Elevations; Black iron had to be re-worked for change in elevation ht; black iron guy re-work 1 day

4 bays damaged in total; total of 5 days for 2 guys; damage over moving walkway from lift vs boom; we told them 3 separate times (and frank who told us we could hang it) and they ssaid ok ok, then they still damaged it
