2019-07-30 Production Loss - SWJV Andre and Nick started on the third floor with John Dolan today Tuesday July 30th 2 Carpenters - 8 hours we also started to install a blue banger hangers on the roof deck Mikey Mike Rizzo and Joe Edgar more on the roof deck , Jonathan Hart was in orientation until 2pm,he was held up because no one from skanska came to sign his sheet so we could get his badge also their printer ran out of ink so that was also a delay. 2019-07-31 Comeback - SWJV Joe eckert Mike Rizzo Mikee pigott all worked on the roof deck installing the blue banger hangers and laying out. the roofers were also loading their material and getting set up.

Had to relocate for Roofers to load their materials right where we started; lather had to install as comeback eventhough we were scheduled to work on roof, due to lack of urgency by Asst PM and lack of coordination by SWJV.

2019-08-14 Production Loss - Equipment "down"

The new shop steward started today Wednesday August 14th, he did a orientation to 11:30 , we also got two deliveries today the first one went very smoothly was studs and miscellaneous metal the second delivery was our scissor lifts there was four of them I believe they were dropped off at 11:00 and we didn't get them up until 3:45. there was an issue on how to hook up the cables to hoist it to the 4th floor; stayed extra hour to get lifts on bridge no deliveries allowed Thursday the 15th and Friday the 16th at LaGuardia airport we had to reschedule a delivery that was supposed to come today with metal for us to frame,The delivery had to be rescheduled for Saturday the 17th of August, this will have an impact on our production !

lost time due to comeback time to complete task unavailable due to no lift

we wound up having to stay an extra hour because of the problems with hoisting up the scissor lifts I believe skanska should be paying at least the premium time if not their entire hour for having to stay [Thursday and Friday]
