Additional Mobilization

4.C - DETAILING/ TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES: For additional detailing and support services required due to changes in scope. NOTE: The items below are an example, add or delete categories of services required applicable to bid package. 1. Additional BIMOperator Time: Provide unit rate if additional BIM modeling/ coordination time is required to incorporate changes in scope. Base Rate plus burden = $ 75 / hr 2. Additional Detailing Services: Rate for additional detailing to create new shop drawing or detail submittals for approval due to changes in scope Base Rate plus burden = $ 75 / hr 3. Field Technical Support: Provide the unit rates if additional days are required and if additional trips are required for the field Technical Support beyond the number of days in base scope. Unit Cost w/ per diem $ 1,669 / 8 hr day 4.D - SHOP AND FIELD LABOR RATES: For items not covered under predetermined UNIT RATES, Subcontractor and SWJV will develop acceptable rates for Shop and Field Labor in a detailed breakdown less predetermined percentages for overhead and profit as stated and defined in this Exhibit C, Appendix – Definition of Costs.  Selected 2 nd -tier Suppliers and Subcontractors will also submit rates.  Rates will be based on prevailing Trade agreements.  Breakdown of labor rates will be based on format in Exhibit C.1 Labor Rate Breakdown attached.  Rates will be less Overhead and Profit mark-up percentages. The percentage increment to be added to the actual cost of material and labor for figuring additions to and deductions from the Scope of Work shall be as stated in Article X of Exhibit E of the Subcontract Agreement and Appendix attached.
