Subcontractor is directed to review items included, by Definition, in the Overhead and Profit percentage as stated in the Contract Documents. A. Subcontractor shall submit rates for changes and provide same hourly rates for any second-tier Subcontractors. B. Subcontractor shall submit rates for changes for each Trade Subcontractor will employ to execute the Work. . 4.E –EQUIPMENT RENTALS See Contract Documents for applicable definitions of equipment and published standards to be used in calculating rates. Subcontractor will attach equipment rate sheets to this Exhibit C listing equipment description, time period(s), and rates for each period with a discount off the rates listed. PART 5 – RULES FOR CHANGES IN SCOPE The SWJV Subcontract Agreement Article X of Exhibit E of the Subcontract Agreement and Appendix attached and all subsections contained therein, includes the applicable statements for rules and procedures for Changes Orders, calculating Labor Rates for Changes, mark-up percentages for Overhead and Profit, and Subcontractor acknowledges compliance with these statements. These shall supplement the requirements stated. APPENDIX

CHANGES IN SCOPE OF WORK (reference Exhibit E – Article 10 )

Contractor may order, at any time before completion of work, additions, omissions, or alterations to Subcontract Work or portions contained therein, in accordance with Contractor’s Subcontract Agreement, and conditions stated herein; and shall be performed by Subcontractor in compliance with terms, conditions, provisions, clauses, and articles stated in Contract Documents. Lump Sum Subcontract: The provisions contained with the following Subsections 1 through 5 are specific to the Subcontractor Agreement with Contractor based on a Lump Sum Subcontract basis. 1. Notification of Changes: Subcontractor will provide detailed estimates and be obligated to respond, as follows:
