PART 4 – RATES FOR CHANGES: The Subcontract Agreement Article X of Exhibit E of the Subcontract Agreement and Appendix attached and all subsections contained therein, includes the applicable statements for rules and procedures for Changes Orders, calculating Labor Rates for Changes, mark-up percentages for Overhead and Profit. 4.A – CHANGE ORDER MARKUP RATES Subcontractor represents the change order markup is Subcontractor’s total compensation for which Subcontractor will add or deduct, as applicable, to the cost of materials, equipment, labor, approved rentals, services, supervision, and other direct costs that may be included by definition in the cost of the Change Order. Percentages will be the maximum aggregate markup allowed for Subcontractor’s and its 2 nd tier Subcontractor’s total cost shall not exceed the Maximum Overhead & Fee percentages stated in attached Exhibit C Appendix, Section 5. 4.B - UNIT PRICES: The following Unit Prices are totally inclusive of whatever is required to complete each item in its entirety, including but not limited to all overhead, profit, estimating, engineering, supervision, design, detailing, delivery, layout, furnishing, installing and all requirements of the Subcontract Agreement for such items. Unit Prices may be utilized by Skanska-Walsh for any changes, additions or deletions to the work at any time for the duration of the Subcontract Agreement.
