EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027 dated July 16, 2018, by and between Spearhead Construction LLC. and Skanska/Walsh JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing & Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, Queens, New York. 3. Tiling Systems: At joints, this Subcontractor will install the self adhesive mesh reinforcement. The Tiling Subcontractor to finish placement of mesh in the joint and finish joint preparation for Tile installation. 4. Door Frame Alignment with Finishes: Alignment of hollow metal frames and access panel frames in this Subcontractor’s Work is critical for clean transition from door opening to adjacent finishes, and joint size/ location at openings. 5. Include Provisions for Work of Others: Subcontractor to coordinate and include necessary items to insure all openings within or penetrations passing through this Subcontractor’s Work, or elements related to other Architectural finishes or specialties, Kitchen, MEP, Fire Protection, Life Safety, Security, AV, Building Equipment and Specialties or other elements installed within or supported by this Subcontractor’s assemblies are included in the Work. 6. Applied Fireproofing Systems: This Subcontractor’s execution plan will control and minimize damage to installed Building SOFP, Board Applied Fireproofing or Intumescent Fireproofing and be responsible to repair, patch, and replace all Fireproofing Systems displaced by this Subcontractor’s Work to meet compliance with specified ratings. 7. Expansion / Movement Control Systems: Building Expansion Joint Systems will be installed by this subcontractor in relation their scope of work. This Subcontractor includes provisions in Work to maintain integrity and coordinate where these Systems pass through, connect or attach to this Subcontractor’s Work. Coordinate with Expansion Joint Contractor all termination points at walls, floor and ceilings with finishes provided under subcontract. 8. Permanent Identification: Wall marking and identification in accordance with NY BC 703.6, permanently label fire rated walls, fire barriers, fire partitions, smoke barriers and smoke partitions and any other wall required to have protected openings or penetrations to be effectively and permanently identified with signs or stenciling with the words "FIRE AND/OR SMOKE BARRIER – PROTECT ALL OPENINGS." 1. M/WBE Goals: Prior to a Subcontract Agreement being signed, Subcontractor to submit Subcontractor’s plan of compliance, meeting or exceeding participation goals, and the names of the Subcontractors, Suppliers, or Services in Subcontractor’s program, evidence of certification in compliance with the Project’s requirements stated Exhibit T, T1, T2, and T3, and the other Contract Documents related to the M/WBE program. 2. Phased Delivery of Construction Services: Subcontractor’s execution plan includes provisions for alignment of management, design, engineering, submittals, permitting, coordination, fabrication, delivery, erection, installation, and close-out to create a single effective process over the time period and duration noted in Exhibit D - Project Schedule. 3. Equipment for Installation: Unless noted otherwise, this Subcontractor includes, but not limited to, all necessary cranes, man lifts, forklifts, scaffolding, welders, platforms or lifts and other equipment or tools required to receive, stage, erect, and install materials, assemblies or systems. Subcontractor includes all Trade labor hours, time, and cost for activities to setup equipment and later remove from jobsite. 4. Mobilization/De-mobilization: Subcontractor includes all costs and activities to provide complete mobilizations to the site and complete de-mobilizations off-site, as required per the schedule of the project. 5. Include Provisions for Work of Others: Subcontractor to coordinate and include necessary items to insure openings which this Subcontractor’s system pass-through, or additional structural support for system loads, 1.05 General Provisions/ Clarification:
