EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027 dated July 16, 2018, by and between Spearhead Construction LLC. and Skanska/Walsh JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing & Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, Queens, New York. and provisions to work with Architectural, MEP, Life Safety, Security, AV, Doors/ Frames/Finish Hardware, Vertical Transportation, Curtain Wall/ Glass and Specialties installed adjacent to or around this Subcontractor’s systems are included in the Work. 6. Quality Expectations and Plan: (reference Exhibit R ) A. Quality Expectations: Subcontractor will promote Quality within its’ operation and its’ suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers and others. Subcontractor’s Project execution plan will include means and methods to achieve the necessary quality and to measure success in meeting these expectations. B. Quality Assurance / Specified Mock-ups and Benchmarks: Subcontractor includes requirements to execute and support specified benchmarks in base scope and mock-ups for quality assurance primary to Subcontractor’s Work or secondary support of other trades to assemble mock-ups, if added to Subcontractor’s Work. 7. Building Geometry: Subcontractor to include and consider building geometry when developing details, layouts, means and methods, installations and coordination of its Work with Work of other trades. 8. Layout: Subcontractor is responsible for all layout and setting out of lines and levels required for the Work, from control survey benchmarks provided by Skanska/Walsh JV. Subcontractor will extend control within the location of its Work for horizontal and vertical control and layout. 9. Logistics: Subcontractor to include the logistics requirements stated in Exhibit X, X-1 , and its logistics plan specific to the building geography to consider and include, but not be limited to, movement of material, manpower, equipment, unloading, delivery and staging within the work area boundaries specific to the building and area of Work. 1.06 SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS OF WORK 1. Guarantee: All work by this Subcontractor to be guaranteed for the period stated in Exhibit V in compliance with Exhibit E , Section 17 – Warranties and Guarantees. 2. Document Verification: It is Subcontractor’s responsibility to verify that all Contract Documents, drawings, and specifications, as listed or referenced in this package, are in fact in the Subcontractor’s possession. 3. Submittals: Subcontractor includes the following items of Work and comply with all requirements in the Contract Documents. A. Detailing: Detailing services to develop calculations, erection drawings, layout and arrangement drawings, shop drawings, fabrication and detail drawings, product data / cut sheets, and other submittals as required by Division 1 Specifications, Technical Specifications, Drawing notes, attachments, exhibits and Contract Documents. B. Complete Systems: Subcontractor to incorporate the performance requirements, performance criteria, design intent, means and methods and procedures to provide fully functional and complete systems in compliance with the Contract Documents. C. Accurate Submittals: Subcontractor is solely responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all submittals and calculations. Subcontractor is portraying the information as accurate, correct, credible, and reliable for use by Skanska/Walsh JV; that the information is not fraudulent or misleading; and is submitted in full compliance with the requirements of Contract Documents for use in coordinating and planning Work.
