At steel or concrete floor decks or roof deck, the flutes at partition-head will also be filled with closures per details and as required by Specifications. 4. Fire caulk at the base of partitions and vertical joints between rated partition assemblies and adjacent substrates or framing. 5. At door frames, access panel frames, or window frames in fire rated partitions, fire stop and fire caulk around the frames to maintain partition rating. 6. Subcontractor will include all accessories for a complete installation. 7. Subcontractor will protect surfaces of adjacent work and clean any overspray. 8. Not Included: Penetrations through fire rated assemblies, enclosure or smoke barriers. This includes, but is not limited to, MEP penetrations, boxes, cabinets, sprinkler heads, security cameras, life safety devices, strobes, sensors or other devices or components that reside within or attach to Subcontractor’s Work. Install Door Frames, Slabs, and Hardware at locations on level 4 including CB4L-501A, CB4L-500A, CB4L-500C, CB4L-502B, CB4L-STE01-A. 2. All Partition Types: Includes but not limited to: GWB-Metal stud walls, shaft walls, furred walls with cladding. Frames for CMU walls, Precast Concrete walls, formed Concrete walls, or Metal Panel walls by others. 3. Coordination with Supplier (LIF): Subcontractor to coordinate with the Supplier (LIF) of HollowMetal Frames and, Finish Hardware Supplier (LIF). This includes review of Supplier’s submittals and validating frame types, styles, ratings, sizes, and opening align with partition type, location, fire rating, STC rating and other performance elements at each location. 4. Electrical: As part of the Scope of Work, Subcontractor to review electrical wiring pathways for security and electronic Finish Hardware to ensure adequate space at jambs or head of doors allows installation or access for devices. Further, Subcontractor to review door prep for wireways through door panels with Supplier (LIF) / Manufacturer. 5. Subcontractor to develop logistics and plan to coordinate delivery sequence, receive, unload, inspect, store at onsite as selected by SkanskaWalsh. 6. Subcontractor is responsible for inventory management for all pre-purchased Hollow Metal Door Frames and Window Frames. Inventory management includes, but is not limited to: sorting and cataloging all materials and items at a jobsite staging area; verification that all received materials are within the scope and specifications of the contract documents; off-load of received materials and distribution to install locations. 7. Subcontractor includes all attachment, anchors, and accessories to complete installation. 8. Subcontractor to furnish and install insulation in door frame cavities required to meet fire,
