EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027 dated July 16, 2018, by and between Spearhead Construction LLC. and Skanska/Walsh JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing & Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, Queens, New York.

13. Coordinate all terminations should it be required to masonry walls including caulking from drywall to masonry. 14. Subcontractor shall furnish and install impact resistant drywall where applicable 15. Subcontractor responsible for all shaft wall enclosure and build out except underside of escalator shaft wall (by others). 16. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all chase wall enclosures for any piping and mechanical equipment. 17. Subcontractor to coordinate and provide cutouts with various subcontractors requiring installation of electrical devices, lighting fixtures, fire alarm devices, public address systems, data ports, electrical outlets, switches, pipe penetrations, sprinkler heads, air outlets, and any other items as shown on the contract drawings. 18. Subcontractor must provide LEED action submittals for Gypsum board assemblies. 19. Subcontractor is responsible for providing all samples for trim accessories and reveals. 20. Subcontractor shall furnish and install Gypsum Board Assembly Mockup prior to beginning installation. Install Mockup of at least 100 SF in surface area to demonstrate aesthetic effects and set quality standards for materials and execution including all devices such as light fixtures and ductwork for a complete mockup as required by contract specifications and drawings. 21. Subcontractor shall be responsible for structural performance. Provide Steel framing capable of supporting specified gypsum board panels and withstanding design loads within limits and under conditions for horizontal deflection and positive and negative pressures as set forth in contract documents. 22. Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing seismic performance of the gypsum board assemblies that shall withstand the effects of earthquake motion determine according to ASCE/SEI 7. 23. Contractor shall furnish and install fire stopping at metal stud framing tracks as indicated on the contract documents. 24. Subcontractor is responsible to furnish and install all flat strap, backing plates, and supplementary framing in gypsum board shaft wall assemblies around openings and as required for blocking, bracing, and support of gravity and pullout loads of fixtures, equipment, services, heavy trim, furnishings, wall mounted door stops, and other items that cannot be supported by shaft wall assembly systems. 25. Subcontractor responsible for steel framing components for suspended and furred ceilings. 26. Subcontractor shall furnish and install tape joints for gypsum board assemblies and provide level 5 finish for all exposed compounded gypsum board surfaces. 27. Subcontractor is not permitted to install any hangers, clips, inserts, or penetrate the deck at level 4 ceiling which is considered the finish roof system. Subcontractor is responsible for suspending gypsum board ceiling system, soffits, and any other requirements by means of attaching to structural steel members. Blue Banger Hangers are permitted to be used at roof deck per approved submittal. 28. Subcontractor is responsible for any fire stopping requirements as it pertains to their work (top of wall, bottom of wall, and any other area related to gypsum board assemblies). 29. Each respective subcontractor will be responsible for providing fire stopping of Electrical, Mechanical, and Piping penetrations. Not part of this contract. 30. Subcontractor is responsible to furnish and install all insulation and sound attenuation blankets where indicated where indicated and related to the gypsum board assembly. 31.
