EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027 dated July 16, 2018, by and between Spearhead Construction LLC. and Skanska/Walsh JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing & Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, Queens, New York. scope includes the entire low ceiling and walls below roof access corridor/escalator from level 3 to 4 and feature wall at level 3 of Concourse B and at locations in the Contract Documents and per the project specifications including, but not limited to: 1. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all load and non-load bearing steel framing members for interior gypsum board assemblies. 2. Subcontractor shall furnish and install suspension systems for all interior gypsum ceilings and soffits for Pedestrian Bridge B at all Levels for Public Areas.
3. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all Drywall Framing, Partitions, and Ceilings at Level 1 as shown on 2/A21-AJ-4L-BF-6C, A21-AK-1L-BC-6C, A22-AK-1L-BC-6C, and 2/A22-AJ-4L-BF-6C including Elevator Shaft Wall and Lobby, Stair (CB1L-STE01), MTE STOR (CB1L-205), MTE STOR (CB1L-204), MECH RM (CB1L-203), and MECH Riser Access (CB1L-203. 4. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all Drywall Framing, Partitions, and Ceilings at Level 2 as shown on 3/A21-AJ-4L-BF-6C, A21-AK-2L-BC-6C, A22-AK-2L-BC-6C, and 3/A22-AJ-4L-BF-6C including Elevator Shaft Wall and Lobby, Stair (CB2L-STE01), OPER (CB2L-206), Trash Collection (CB2L-207), Pet Relief (CB2L-208), Jan Closet (CB2L-209), Corridor, and Wall near Line BV. 5. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all Drywall Framing, Partitions, and Ceilings at Level 3 as shown on 4/A21-AJ-4L-BF-6C, A21-AK-3L-BC-6C, A22-AK-3L-BC-6C, and 4/A22-AJ-4L-BF-6C including Elevator Shaft Wall and Lobby, Stair (CB1L-003), MECH RM (CB3L-215), FP Dry Valve (CB3L-216), Electrical Closet (CB3L-203), Escalator wall from Level 3 (Elevation 44’-4”) to Level 4 (Elevation 73’-9”) between B0’ and BT.3 Lines, and roof access corridor low ceiling/feature wall as shown on A57-25- 00-00-00, A57-26-00-00-00, A84-71-00-00-00, A84-76-00-00-00. 6. Subcontractor is responsible for all gypsum board walls and ceilings surrounding the escalator corridor from level 4 to level 3 as this is considered front of house public area, escalator wall and high ceiling at underside of roof deck from elevation 73’-9” to elevation 112’-0” from B0’ to BT.3 Line. 7. Subcontractor to furnish and install drywall partition on interior face of exterior framing (framing by others) at chase walls in the flair areas along BR, BA’, BQ, and BB’ Lines. 8. Subcontractor shall provide fire blocking at wall type 0F06 full height at 10 feet o.c. maximum spacing along full length of wall furr out. Fire Blocking to be placed perpendicular to the wall furring and exterior wall. Reference PedBB RFI-073, drawing A21-AJ-4L-BC-6C and A22-AJ-4L-BC-6C along BR, BA’, BQ, and BB’ Lines for locations. 9. Furnish and Install new dry wall framing and partitions in Fire Alarm Room on Level 4 per RFI-3133 and ASK-CB-0857 dated 4/16/2019. Receive and Install door at Fire Alarm Room. 10. Subcontractor shall provide all access, lifts, scaffolding and support systems to access work. SWJV shall provide scaffold/platform system over escalator. Scaffold/Platform above escalator shall be provided at no cost to Subcontractor. Subcontractor shall be responsible for all means and methods accessing work from the scaffold/platform system. 11. All engineering and load calculations to either suspend or load off escalator depending on timing of escalator installation. 12. All protection over escalator to prevent debris from falling on escalator and trapped within escalator machinery in its entirety. All protection covering escalator to be maintained daily.
