EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027 dated July 16, 2018, by and between Spearhead Construction LLC. and Skanska/Walsh JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing & Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, Queens, New York.

16. Fabricate GFRG units in lengths and sizes that will minimize number of joints between abutting units. Contractor is responsible for installing GFRG panels straight and true within 1/8 in in 8 linear feet in accordance to ASTM C1467.

G. Spec Section 05400 – Cold-Formed Metal Framing - Subcontractor to furnish and install interior cold formed metal framing for partitions, ceilings, suspended ceilings, walls below elevation 73’- 9” from B0’ Line to approximately 8’-0” north of BT.3 Line and between BA.1 and BR.1 Line (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) in the BF area of Pedestrian Bridge B and BC area of Concourse B. This scope includes the entire low ceiling and walls below roof access corridor/escalator from level 3 to 4 and feature wall at level 3 of Concourse B and at locations in the Contract and per the project specifications including, but not limited to: 1. Subcontractor shall furnish and install structural load bearing framing and non-structural framing systems, steel studs and runners, deflection track, firestop track, strap / metal backing, channel bridging, hat channels, furring channels, and all required accessories including, but not limited to, all, screws, fasteners, gaskets, spacers, steel backing, ceiling brackets, and other accessories in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. 2. All framing, blocking, hat channels, stud box beams, unistrut sub-framing, hanger rods, etc. required to support GFRG and Gypsum Board for low ceiling at roof access corridor and feature wall. 3. Subcontractor shall furnish and install cold formed framing including steel studs, steel track, steel headers, and all framing accessories, clips, fasteners, anchors, shims, gaskets and other miscellaneous materials per specification 05400. 4. This subcontractor to furnish and install light gauge framing and sheathing required to support expansion joints at Headhouse and Concourse B. 5. Subcontractor must provide LEED action submittals for Gypsum board assemblies. 6. Subcontractor shall provide delegated design by a qualified professional engineer. 7. Subcontractor shall be responsible for structural performance. Provide cold-formed metal framing capable of withstanding design loads within limits and under conditions indicated in the contract specifications and contract drawings including, but not limited to design loads, deflection limits, movement, and construction tolerances. 8. Cold-formed metal framing and accessories shall be fabricated plumb, square and true to line and with connections securely fastened according to AISI’s specifications and standards, manufacturers written instructions and as required by contract specifications. 9. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all continuous angles, supplementary framing, beam clamps, or tracks to structural members indicated to receive sprayed-resistive materials before spray resistive materials are applied 10. Subcontractor shall furnish and install cold-formed steel framing according to the contact specifications and manufacturers written instructions unless more stringent requirements are indicated. 11. Install cold-formed metal framing and accessories plumb, square, and true to line, and with connections securely fastened. H. Spec Section 09290 – Gypsum Board Assemblies - Subcontractor to furnish and install Gypsum Board Assemblies framing, partitions, ceilings, suspended ceilings, walls below elevation 73’-9” from B0’ Line to approximately 8’-0” north of BT.3 Line and between BA.1 and BR.1 Line (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) in the BF area of Pedestrian Bridge B and BC area of Concourse B.
