Preliminary Schedule Review Brian Mock (SWJV)

Description: SWJV provided 6 week look-ahead with Spearhead; Spearhead submitted revised schedule pushing out to end of Feb 2020 – will need acceleration Previous Meeting Minutes: 5/28/2019 - KONE does not need glass handrails for moving walkway during main install; SWJV to meet with KONE within the next week to provide further information to Spearhead, mostly with work above escalators and coordination with platforms and rigging 5/14/2019 - Need to coordinate interior framing and finishes with moving walk ways and elevator. Will work with Kone to provide information. Look into installation sequencing and alternatives such as leaving out glass handrail. Updated milestone dates to be provided by SJWV indicating start and completion date. Based on schedule will need to evaluate if night work is required. If second shift work is required costs will be discussed. Preliminary schedule provided for Platerform fabrication. 4/29/2019 – SWJV to get schedules for VT and MEP 4/9/2019 - Spearhead to update information when information becomes available regarding Plasterform/Corinthian scope. SWJV to
