Rosanne F. Ott brings 25 years of professional leadership experience in the fields of investment management, corporate healthcare, and military service. As a member of Spearhead Construction, LLC, Rosanne is leveraging her leadership, financial and operations skills as the Chief Operations Officer. Rosanne is Founder of Highground Capital Management, LLC, providing advisory expertise to healthcare and financial services companies. Rosanne devoted the majority of her 18-year investment management career advising and managing assets at Alger, Lehman Brothers and Piper Jaffray. She was Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of a Health Sciences Fund (Morningstar 5 star rated) for five years. Prior to joining Wall Street, she held key sales and management roles at Johnson & Johnson and Sulzer Medica. Rosanne served on active duty in the U.S. Army Aviation Corps as a Blackhawk helicopter pilot and flew combat missions during Desert Storm. While serving on active duty, Rosanne was Aviation, Air Assault and Airborne qualified. She held key leadership roles throughout her career and was awarded the Combat Air and Meritorious Service medals. Rosanne rose to the rank of captain before joining the corporate world and continued to serve for another eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve. Rosanne serves as an Advisor-at-Large with the West Point Association of Graduates Board of Directors. She is also a Board Director for eHealthAnalytics, a decision intelligence platform focused on predictability (when, where, and type of fault) in medical device failure. Rosanne is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, earning a B.S. in General Engineering and Harvard Business School, Advanced Management Program (AMP).
Professional Biography for Ira Grunther, Chief Financial Officer
Ira Grunther brings more than forty years in the construction industry serving in every capacity of finance, including oversight of risk management, information systems, contract review, job costing safety administration, human resources, corporate compliance and treasury functions. Most recently, Ira served as CFO for Five Star Electric, one of the largest electrical contractors in the country, employing more than 1,500 Electricians. Ira actively participated in New York City’s electrical industry’s union, serving on many of its trust committees. He remains active in charitable organizations and served as Board of Director of the UJA of New York.
Ira is a graduate of Brooklyn College, NY, earning a BS in Accounting.
