1.6 SAFETY: Subcontractor acknowledges it has reviewed the Projects EHS and Safety requirements for the Project and will fully support and comply with the Safety Program requirements and require all second-tier subcontractors and suppliers to comply. 1.7 SCHEDULE OF VALUES: This breakdown is for accounting purposes only. The “Value” totals the lump- sum amount stated in previous Subsection 1.1.A. The Schedule of Values shall comply with the “Definition of Costs” included in the Appendix of this Exhibit C.
