Shipping lists will be maintained in real time in accordance with the Project’s material tracking protocol. 6. Subcontractor is responsible for removing shipping tarps and dunnage as it arrives onsite. Any damage will be noted and acknowledged at time of offloading. Unloading areas to be kept clean, neat and safe at all times. 7. Damaged Goods will not relieve Subcontractor from responsibility to perform work per the Project Schedule. 2.02 Mis-fabrications: Any materials found at the jobsite mis-fabricated will require an acceptable plan for re- fabrication or replacement within 24 hours by Subcontractor; once Subcontractor discovers the error through its QA/QC examination or receives notification from Skanska/Walsh JV of the defective work. 2.03 Preconstruction Coordination Meeting: Subcontractor to attend preconstruction coordination meetings scheduled by Skanska/Walsh JV with Subcontractor, other Subcontractors, the Port Authority, Developer, and/or Designer. Refer to the Contract Documents for additional reporting and meeting requirements. 2.04 General Items A. Delivery: Subcontractor to plan for standard size loads to be delivered during normal work hours. Oversized deliveries will occur OUTSIDE of normal working hours (see Exhibit X ), unless scheduled and approved otherwise with the Skanska/Walsh JV’s project manager or superintendent or designated representative. Subcontractor will be familiar with Project access and delivery locations around the Project Site. Subcontractor to make provision for offsite staging, traffic control, permits and all other costs associated with off hour delivery of materials. B. Freight/ Transport: Subcontractor includes all freight or transport costs to located materials to the jobsite. Subcontractor to include all required local, state and federal transportation permits, fees and truck stand-by cost where applicable. C. Permits / License: Subcontractor is responsible to obtain all local, state and federal permits, licenses, and pay all fees required for its operations and to perform its Work, including detailing, fabrication, and delivery, including street use, oversized vehicles, and additional fees or permits to execute the work and services required. D. Material Tests / Inspections: Subcontractor to cooperate and provide access for agents or representatives designated to conduct in shop inspections and material tests, as specified in the Contract Documents. Cost of any required onsite or offsite testing is included. Subcontractor to arrange and pay for all mock-up or performance testing. E. Onsite Inspections by Subcontractor: Subcontractor to perform its own inspections of its Work at the Site to satisfy that all conditions and requirements of the installation are met and are satisfactory to Skanska/Walsh JV. Refer to Exhibit R for further definition. F. Morning Meetings: Subcontractor to have at a minimum at least one of their lead foreman, general foreman, or Superintendent attends a morning meeting at the designated project’s location. The morning meeting will commence sharply at 6:30 AM and will be completed by no later than 7:00 AM. This meeting is essential for the proper coordination and execution of safe work on this project. G. Site Supervision: In addition to full time site superintendence on Ped Bridge B Level 4, Subcontractor shall provide full time site supervision for Back of House and Feature Wall Scope of Work.
