I spoke with Frank about getting us set up in Textura and he suggested reaching out to accounting. I sent the email below (way below) to Damond Jamison, who has helped us in the past. I also asked about twice a month billing. Then Brian Mock and I spoke and Brian said he can get us set up for bi monthly (or is it bi weekly?) draws. Please remind me on Monday to recap our call and discuss setting up line items on our SOV. Frank and Brian are feeling good about Spearhead and have no issue with our billing for the professional services as well as the insurance part they agreed to pay once we're set up in Textura. All good. In fact, Frank just left me a vm. He says that the HH team is in need of assistance with manpower. Frank shared our contact info with the PM for the HH (Frank ??) to see if we could help. It just so happens that this afternoon, I spoke with a person that I worked with on residential work (he made beautiful millwork) who just took his team to the carpenter's union. Nick has has a crew of 3 journeymen, including himself. Please remind me to tell you about Nick on Monday, too. It could be premature, but I did give Nick a heads up and we are going to get him SWAC'd and Safety trained. We'll see what comes of it. He's ready to go, immediately. Have a great weekend.
