Attached you will find our Preliminary schedule for review and discussion.  I put this together based upon the Rider D of the contract.  It has us starting the clip installation April (1), coming back in May to start installing, and being complete October (31).   You'll notice two things with this schedule: 1. Plasterforms 22 weeks of deliveries puts us receiving material in December.  We have to limit this to like 7 shipments to meet the deadline.  2. In order to get the finishing completed in time I have us installing everything from Plasterform by the very end of September.   As you mentioned, there is no other schedule from the related subs.  Please make sure that they coordinate their installation around this schedule.   Please review and advise.
