RFI No new RFIs at this time. 4/29/2019 - No new RFIs at this time See 4/9/2019 Meeting Minutes for Previous Notes Old Description: Fastening PD submittal returned AAN, but BBHs is not accepted – need substitution request form for HOK review; Blaze Track returned AAN; Gyp Ceiling Assembly shop drawings pending review from HOK; BOH GFRG submitted by Plasterform to be reviewed and submitted to HOK today; Continental Level 5 gyp board to be submitted to HOK today Previous Meeting Minutes: 7/2/2019 - Spearhead to begin working on BOH shop drawings – SWJV to provide formal email/letter of intent for award; SWJV to reach out to HOK for fastening submittal status; SWJV to submit stamped Gyp Ceiling Assembly Shop Drawings without calcs as should not be needed 6/12/2019 - Spearhead to submit fastening system submittal along with stamped ceilings/soffits shops by this Friday 6/14; revision to Armstrong grid system is complete except for minor changes to the drawings to be submitted this week; Plasterform to revise GFRG/C shop drawings to remove note on mortar setting bed and then resubmit for SWJV to submit for record; GFRC repair procedure to be submitted by ZT this week 5/28/2019 - Spearhead to submit fastening system submittal and revision to Armstrong grid system this week; Plasterform to revise GFRG/C shop drawings to remove note on mortar setting bed and then resubmit for SWJV to submit for record; Spearhead also has internal drawing for framing locations for field use and coordination 5/14/2019 – Spearhead to submit fastening system submittals as one package. Framing shop drawings and calculations are R&R and should be provided by Spearhead prior to next week’s meeting. Head of Wall Tracks submittal is pending in HOK’s court. Description: Celtic to advise when mockup is ready, expected this week; Plasterform delivering GFRC mockup piece on 7/19

Previous Meeting Minutes: 7/2/2019 - met with Celtic on 6/27 to review partial mockup; final mockup frame to be ready for week of 7/8; Spearhead will have GFRG piece to install for mockup 6/12/2019 - Mockup for framing by Celtic is scheduled with HOK present on Thursday 6/20; SWJV to confirm time with Spearhead to have someone present. SWJV, Celtic, and HOK have had follow up meetings to review shop drawing 5/28/2019 - SWJV had meeting with Celtic and HOK on 5/23 to review shop drawing comments; Celtic is revising submittal and SWJV to send to Spearhead when completed 5/14/2019 – Meeting with Celtic scheduled for next week.
