Spearhead CX  Layout rough framing of walls throughout and GFRG light coves ‐ ongoing  Layout of reference lines for corresponding trades to work from – will layout reference lines – laid out diffuser points for HVAC and laid out reference lines for remaining trades to work off  Door opening layout and framing at 2 nd floor – By end of week – Rough framing installed for 2 door openings in the 2 nd floor  Door and Door Frame delivery scheduled for 02‐10‐21  Corridor to Closet door #202 not ordered pending CO approval  Materials delivery scheduled for Friday 01‐22‐21  Materials delivery scheduled for 01‐27‐21  GFRG Panels scheduled for delivery for Monday 02‐01‐21 – Delivery on 02‐03‐21 due to snow storm  Agreed verbally no hits with HVAC or other trades, will put in writing for coordination drawing sign off  Discussion of panel points and supports to be hung from these points only – Architect site visit on 02‐ 05‐12 to visually inspect panel points and will discuss with EoR for further review. If EoR persists points to be hung, SCX will prepare as‐built survey before proceeding further and if necessary, to submit analysis on Unistrut connection points for EoR review and approval: prior to hanging any GFRG panels  GFRG panel installation: work beginning from SE corner of auditorium, middle panels. Will work in conjunction with electrician to install led light strips in GFRG light cove.  Installation of vapor barrier at North section of wall between columns 11.6 and 12. Will reinstall existing barrier and combine with new barrier for full coverage of missing section.  TAD Acoustical Wall: due to design, will need to make adjustments once discussed with AoR to follow profile of GFRG ceiling  Signed off on Coordination Drawing What do you need from XBR or other trades?
