Cross Island Mechanical  Layout sprinkler heads location on floor of platform, based off reference lines to be laid out by Spearhead, on Friday – SH laid out 2 reference lines for other trades to work off  Pending RFI for clarification on sprinkler heads in 2 nd floor closet hallway, above purge ductwork – RFI 00084 submitted and responded by EoR: Will need to add additional heads underneath purge ductwork in electrical closet hallway and IT room  Pending RFI for clarification of sprinkler heads installed at angle: coverage ok? – RFI 00086 sent and EoR responded  Work can begin underneath balcony and in 2 nd floor hallway (RFI 00075) – Will send manpower to relocate sprinkler head in 2 nd floor egress hallway by end of week in order to avoid conflict with HVAC – Will mobilize manpower for Thursday or Friday 02/11/21 or 02/12/21 to begin working underneath balcony and new 4” main along ceiling  Working on detail for connecting existing 3” into new 4” main  Release coordination drawings by end of the week  DOB hydrostatic testing and inspection required – Discussed possible signoff of new work by March 2, pre‐test and progress inspection withing next 2 weeks  Height clearance between new sprinkler main and ductwork: seemed adequate for ductwork to pass underneath new main – Based on temporary set up of black iron and hooks, will have support for Duct Work  Stryker to layout locations of diffuser points on platform – Spearhead to lay out diffuser points so that diffusers line up with GFRG premade openings  After fireproofing steel at 1 st floor duct opening, main riser trunks may be installed up to underside of roof beams – Fireproofing complete at duct opening as of 01‐29‐21  Round ductwork released for fabrication – Agreed verbally no hits and will release ductwork in writing  Clarification of hanging points off steel trusses (EOR confirmed ALL trades must connect at truss connection points) – Hanging points applicable to all trades  Installation of remaining purge ductwork after sprinkler head in hallway (RFI 00075) relocated  Mobilization for work next week (02‐02 – 02‐05) – Mobilization to start Wednesday 02‐10‐21  Discussion of eyeball diffusers: specs and dimensions – Discussed diffusers must be installed first prior to GFRG panels: will need to adjust installation sequence while ductwork and diffusers are fabricated, delivered, and installed  Access to work on trunk work at North wall via extension of platform, access as needed by ACS  Signed off on Coordination Drawing  Basement ductwork left to complete  Installation of motorized dampers mounting of 4’ and 6’ flex‐head piping  Signed off on Coordination Drawing What do you need from XBR or other trades?
