Brian,

The outstanding amounts for pending COs is almost $48,000 and the for OT/PREMIUM TIME almost $58,000. This is a meaningful burden to Spearhead and we request these be processed for this open Draw (#101), immediately. The total amount exceeds $105,000 for work completed over the last two months. We simply must be paid given these change orders go back as early as December 3rd.
