F) Small Tools Small Tools means individual pieces of equipment or tools having an initial purchase price (IPP) of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or less utilized by the Subcontractor. The equipment consists of powered and non-powered tools associated with the Subcontractor’s Work. Small Tools includes equipment (I) previously owned by the Subcontractor, (ii) newly purchased by the Subcontractor, or (iii) rented from third party sources. The percentage increments for overhead and profit as stated in Section 5 shall be the source for Subcontractor’s compensation for Small Tools. 5.
