2. Subcontractor must provide LEED action submittals for GFRC 3. Subcontractor to provide shop drawings including but not limited to: elevations, sections, and dimensions, joint and connection details. 4. Subcontractor to provide GFRC erection details/drawings which include special conditions and relationship to adjacent materials, such as the radiator enclosures, light fixtures, flooring and other wall finishes. Radiator enclosures shall be coordinated with the vendor fabricating the system for sizes and support. 5. Subcontractor to provide samples of each type and color selection for approval as called out for in the specifications. 6. Subcontractor to provide any welding certificates for any welding that will be performed by subcontractor. 7. Manufacturer qualifications for GFRG must be a PCI certified plant for Group G Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete or designed an APA certified plant for GFRC production. 8. Subcontractor to provide mockups per project specification of location and quantity as shown on the contract documents. 9. Subcontractor must store GFRC enclosures per the fabricators requirements stored on firm level ground with proper spacers and properly protected from elements and damage. 10. Subcontractor responsible for GFRC types required for the Pedestrian Bridge B per the project specifications and contract drawings. 11. Subcontractor responsible for Performance requirements which include engaging a professional engineer as defined in Division 01 Section “Quality” to design GFRC panel frames, anchors, and connections. 12. Subcontractor responsible for structural performance: GFRC panel frames, anchors, and connections, shall withstand the following design loads as well as the effects of thermal and moisture induced dimensional changes within limits and under conditions indicated. Loads for GFRC cladding heating Colling unit enclosures (convector covers): A uniform load of 100lbs per sf or a concentrated load of 300 lbs at any point whichever is less. Design panel frames and connections to accommodate deflections and other building movement. Design panel frames to transfer loads to building structure. 13. Subcontractor to furnish and install all stainless steel grade type in accordance with project specifications and contract documents. 14. Subcontractor to furnish and install all two component hybrid water base Trinic H 12 Sealer. 15. Subcontractor to furnish and install stainless steel C shaped stainless steel studs 16. Subcontractor responsible to coordinate GFRC portion of the work with radiator/convector subcontractor. 17. Subcontractor is responsible to fasten GFRC including predrilling or self tapping anchor to the enclosure. Means and methods for attaching by Spearhead. 18. Subcontractor to install GFRC Panels level, plumb, square, and in alignment. Provide temporary supports and bracing as required to maintain position, stability, and alignment of panels until permanent connection is complete. 19. Subcontractor is responsible for all tape joints and or alternate means if a reveal should be required for transitioning between different types of materials. 20. Subcontractor is responsible for cleaning GFRC with detergent and water per manufacturer written instruction, Cleaning and protection as required per project specifications for final turnover. 21. Subcontractor is responsible for all measurement, dimensions and surveying to facilitate proper installation and maintain quality requirements.
