The SWJV Ped Bridge B team and Spearhead’s estimator can meet to discuss and reconcile the cost of the credit in a professional manner, until a final dollar value is reconciled. A full accounting of cost reductions and added costs will be reconciled with the Spearhead contract as applicable to the execution of work and reduction of work upon completion of all work to avoid any further undue schedule impact.

SWJV reserves all rights and remedies under the Subcontract and at law and equity.
