Please note: for each SWJV item on the change log, there is a corresponding folder containing supporting document. Is there an issue with Spearhead’s access to download these files? Regardless, Jonathan, Mack, and I reviewed your email and almost all of the information requested has previously been provided via the Procore link. We did however, upload the following items: Lull use sign- in sheet Oct-Nov and Dec-April (upload 7/21/2020, BC 002 and BC 010), BBH CCA Services (upload 7/21/2020, BC 006) and SWJV Carpenter Hours (7/21/2020, BC 022).

While this change log is a complete list of scope credits and back-charges identified to date, SWJV has not yet completed its evaluation of other impacts incurred during the complet ion of Spearhead’s work.
