Previous Meeting Minutes: 5/14/2019 - Spearhead to proceed with access doors submittals with one access door. RFI Submitted indicated no additional locations, SWJV to notify Spearhead if any additional locations are required. RFI No new RFIs at this time. 4/29/2019 - No new RFIs at this time 4/9/2019 - Spearhead to submit RFI for confirmation of control joint thickness and type between GFRC and gyp, gyp and GFRG, and within the gyp straight piece. All previous RFIs have been closed. 3/19/2019 - Spearhead will address RFI-0078 with control joint shop drawing submittal. See 4/2/2019 Meeting Minutes for Previous Notes Ongoing High Open Old Description: Spearhead to submit fastening system submittal along with stamped ceilings/soffits shops by this Friday 6/14; revision to Armstrong grid system is complete except for minor changes to the drawings to be submitted this week; Plasterform to revise GFRG/C shop drawings to remove note on mortar setting bed and then resubmit for SWJV to submit for record; GFRC repair procedure to be submitted by ZT this week Previous Meeting Minutes: 5/28/2019 - Spearhead to submit fastening system submittal and revision to Armstrong grid system this week; Plasterform to revise GFRG/C shop drawings to remove note on mortar setting bed and then resubmit for SWJV to submit for record; Spearhead also has internal drawing for framing locations for field use and coordination 5/14/2019 – Spearhead to submit fastening system submittals as one package. Framing shop drawings and calculations are R&R and should be provided by Spearhead prior to next week’s meeting. Head of Wall Tracks submittal is pending in HOK’s court. Approval for Armstrong submittal does not exist at HH; Spearhead to revise and resubmit per HOK comments. 4/29/2019 – Spearhead to submit soffit/ceiling drawings. SWJV to check HH submittals for Armstrong Grid System. 4/9/2019 - Moving forward, for any calculations, Spearhead to have engineer include an acceptable range for seismic angles. Spearhead to submit fastening system, and Blue Banger Hanger system substitution if plan on using. Meeting with HOK and Plasterform on Wed to review the CAD file for the truss capitals per R&R submittal comments. Plasterform to finalize revised shop drawings after meeting and resubmit. Spearhead to receive pricing from Corinthian for GFRC by Friday 4/12, and advise if setting up visit. 4/2/2019 – Joint Sealant will be separate submittal. SWJV to follow up regarding Armstrong Substitution and CJ drawings. -Spearhead to provide update on status of Corinthian fabricating GFRC. Need to submit qualifications and product data for Corinthian. 3/26/2019 - SWJV investigating if CJ shop drawings are required. If Spearhead is not moving CJs from design drawings do shop drawings need to be submitted? Ref: Spec 1.4C and Rider D drawings. -Spearhead to submit Gyp. Board Schedule separately. -Spearhead to breakout submittal for Hilti shots. Spearhead to discuss with Hilti rep for an alternate to using powder actuated shots. -Plasterform adjusting drawings based on DJV comments. 3D model for column capitals will be sent via Sharepoint to help DJV review of shop drawings. -Spearhead will send submittal for pressure treated wood for blocking. 3/19/2019 - Spearhead to submit Armstrong Ceiling Grid. -Spearhead evaluating framing at truss enclosures to see if the amount of framing can be reduced. Description: Mockup for framing by Celtic is scheduled with HOK present on Thursday 6/20; SWJV to confirm time with Spearhead to have someone present. SWJV, Celtic, and HOK have had follow up meetings to review shop drawing

Previous Meeting Minutes: 5/28/2019 - SWJV had meeting with Celtic and HOK on 5/23 to review shop drawing comments; Celtic is revising submittal and SWJV to send to Spearhead when completed 5/14/2019 – Meeting with Celtic scheduled for next week. Sketch provided by misc. metals fabricator reviewed. 4/29/2019 - Setting up meeting for 6/13 to coordinate with Celtic, Anvil, Kone, 580/Kone.
