REA Final - 22 Dec 20 - eBook - 1682 pages
start up, and will require a few days lead time to order. As discussed, once you receive projects from BBH please submit substitution request form. Rest of submittal was AAN. I'll revise the CWP to reflect the requested change (safe work zone) once we have approval. OK, please send signed version once added. 2. Roof decking completion timed to allow us to install the BBH (If approved). Was this discussed in the meeting with the Roofers? Roofer looking to mobilize 7/22. Roof should be ready for Spearhead for early next week. 3. Updated 6 week schedule. Please confirm that we will be able to start loading on the 22nd, which would include the 35' electric lull needed to reach the bottom of the deck. Will send updated 6-week look ahead, but L4 slab should be ready for lifts on 7/29. Roof by 7/15. Can mobilize and begin loading beforehand though. 4. When will Safway get their scaffold in place? My discussion with Jason a while back seemed to indicate they might need to put clips on prior to SOFP. This will determine how long I will need the equipment and what pieces we will need. SWJV to provide update on Safway. Do not have information at this time, though we are aware they need to get in immediately. 5. Will SWJV have the loading dock ready for the start date? And is there enough room to take delivery of the equipment, specifically the lull we need to reach the deck. At start date, lull will need to boom up to L4 between trusses for load-in. Loading dock install will start after topping slab at end of July. 6. Island schedule. When is the hard date they are planning to start? With the prep work, I can't see it being before August. L4 is currently starting early Aug, but this will be reflected in new 6-week and will be finalized per Pull Planning meeting next week. 7. Sign off on the mock-up. Does it seem like what we sent will be sufficient for LGP? LGP responded in an email stating they accept the substitution (I will forward now). Have to see about formalizing for the actual mockup they viewed though. And can we ask HOK to put their seal of approval on it? We can reach out to HOK, possibly in a follow-up to the RFI accepting the locations that have changed. 8. From Shane at Plasterform RE: molds and GFRC mock-up "Skanska-Walsh sends Mike to visit our plant every week. I am sure he will discuss Bridge B pieces with us soon. In term of Bridge B, our CNC has started tooling patterns. I saw a few of base patterns today." "A 2’ GFRC mock up piece is planned to sent on July 19 th to job site along with shipment to Cord Contracting. I will let Bob @ Cord know 1 box in truck is for Spearhead. You can send someone pick it up after arrival." OK, we will let you know when Celtic has their final mockup here. Please coordinate delivery with Cord and advise if anything needed from SWJV. 9. Written confirmation that the BOH work will be added to our contract as a CO. Brian sent over email, and is working to finalize official change order for billing. Also, please have the review of the feature wall corner piece ASAP. I have to assume there will be changes from HOK, we need enough time for adjustments and possible resubmission. OK, this is being submitted to HOK and we will ask for expedited review. 10. Delivery/Logistics for the Level 1- 3 areas? There was some initial discussions about how to load the materials, I don't recall if we finalized. We will need to discuss with supers in next meeting or Pull Planning meeting to finalize, but option can be to get in material through bottom of sloped portion before Cord starts and store behind feature wall if needed to be protected from weather. I will not be physically present today, both Andee and Gary will be there. I can be conferenced in. Thank you,
