EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York . 12. Hollow Metal Door and Window Frames: Receive, set and install all Hollow Metal Door Frames, Stainless Steel Frames and Interior Glass Partition/Window Frames in all Wall Partition Types including Metal Frame, CMU, Concrete or Precast and Metal Panel. 13. Access Doors and Frames: As further defined in this Exhibit A. 14. Coordinate support system with layout of MEP components and Sprinkler Heads based on dimensional layout approved by Architect. 15. All interior drywall framing, partitions, walls, ceilings, GFRC, GFRG on level 4 including all Public Area and Bock of House Area from CCB Level 4 Elevation 97’-9” to underside of roof deck at Elevation 112’-0”. Subcontractor is responsible for all means and methods and access their work. 16. Subcontractor is responsible for hoisting and distributing material from ground level to Pedestrian Bridge B level 4. This requirement is typical for all materials. Subcontractor is responsible for center piling all debris and material from Pedestrian Bridge B Level 4. 1. Horizontal and vertical Gypsum Board Monolithic ceiling systems, soffits, fascia, light pockets, alcoves or other horizontal closures. 2. Suspension systems will be complete with all components and materials as specified including all main beams, cross furring members, hangers, supports, compression struts, hanger wires partition clips and moldings, wall channels, carrying channels, strong backs, seismic bracing, accessories and specialties. Attachment devices will be compliant with decking system. 3. At conditions where MEP systems, Fire Sprinkler Systems or other obstructions occur between suspension ceiling grid and structural deck above ceiling, this Subcontractor will provide secondary support system below obstructions to suspend Ceiling system. 4. Coordinate support system with layout of MEP components and Sprinkler Heads based on dimensional layout approved by Architect. 5. Control joints per manufacturer’s recommendation 6. This Subcontractor to provide light gauge support framing as shown for any ceiling box outs or openings for items such as smoke curtains, overhead coiling doors, diffusers, etc. E. Spec Section 03490 - Glass-Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) – Subcontractor is to furnish, design, coordinate and install all Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC). GFRC includes all interior wall and cladding, pier bases, columns bases, Truss chord bases, and trim, as set forth in the Contract Documents, drawings and specifications but not limited to: 1. Subcontractor is to hold pre-installation meetings 2. Subcontractor must provide LEED action submittals for GFRC 3. Subcontractor to provide shop drawings including but not limited to: elevations, sections, and dimensions, joint and connection details. 4. Subcontractor to provide GFRC erection details/drawings which include special C. Specified Mock-ups: Subcontractor to install all the specified Mock-ups as indicated in the drawings and specifications related to this Subcontractor’s Scope of Work. D. Ceiling Suspension Systems: Subcontractor to furnish and install Gypsum Board Monolithic Ceiling and Suspension Systems at locations in the Contract Documents and Specifications including, but not limited to:
