1.02 Summary Description of Subcontractor’s Work:

Location: LaGuardia Airport located in Queens, New York

Building/Geography: Pedestrian Bridge B

Building System/ Components:

• Interior Wall Assemblies Only – NO EXTERIOR METAL STUD FRAMING(BY OTHER) • Soffit Framing/ Sheathing • Gypsum Board Ceiling • GFRG and GFRC • Rough Carpentry (Exterior Roof, Parapet, and Curb Blocking by Others) • Insulation: Thermal and sound insulation within Interior Wall Assemblies • Backing Systems • Joint Sealants • Interior Doors, Frames, and Hardware Installation • Firestopping • Interior Access Doors • Fire Extinguishers Cabinet and Extinguishers (Install only, Furnished by Others)

1.03 General Scope of Work Requirements :

A. Geography/ Building: The Project is defined by multiple “Geographies” to define zones or locations or Work which include, but not limited to, the following: Pedestrian Bridge B – located between Head House and Concourse B

B. Systems: Scope of Work through Rider C Design Documents 1. Interior Wall Assemblies ONLY – NO Exterior Wall Framing:

a) Shaft Wall Assemblies and Enclosures. b) Chase Wall Assemblies and Enclosures. c) Wall Assemblies and Enclosures. d) Furring Wall Assemblies. 2. Soffits: Support Framing and Sheathing

3. Ceilings: Gypsum Board Monolithic Ceiling Systems. 4. Glass-Fiber-Reinforced Plaster Fabrication (GFRG). 5. Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC).

6. Rough Carpentry: Plywood Backboards, tele-data, electrical & equipment backboards. 7. Miscellaneous Assemblies: Gypsum Board / Framing Wall and Ceiling Assemblies: a) Location found in details such as transitions between spaces at door assembly’s soffits and jamb conditions, soffits at ceiling transitions, building movement joints, column wraps, closure walls and other assemblies found in sections and details. 8. Insulation: Thermal and sound insulation as further defined in this Exhibit A. 9. Backing Systems: In metal support partition framing systems or ceiling suspension systems as further defined in this Exhibit A. 10. Joint Sealants: As further defined in this Exhibit A. 11. Firestopping: For fire rated assemblies as further defined in this Exhibit A.
