Item #20 – SWAC Reimbursement – This is Spearhead obligation under the executed contract agreement. No reimbursement will be provided by SWJV. Item #9 – Escalator East and South walls. Currently, there is a discussion between SWJV and Spearhead to agree upon the scope, between credits/adds. Change Order 9 through 19 are being processed, and will be uploaded and sent out for signature routing by close of business day January 28, 2020.
