We are happy to see that Change Order Requests for work performed in November will be available for signature by Jan 28th. Does this mean those Change Orders will be included in January's draw (Draw 101C)? Separately, we submitted the SWAC reimbursement for two reasons. First, Spearhead anticipated a peak labor force of 20 workers based on our contract schedule (Apr-Nov 19). The delayed start compressed our schedule from 8 months to 5 months. As a result, we had to SWAC an additional 26 workers for a total of 46 SWAC applications, which is why we submitted the $12,710 for reimbursement. Frank, I respectfully request that you reconsider this additional financial burden to Spearhead and approve the Change Order as requested. Frank,

Thank you, Frank.
