Duct Work  Stryker to layout locations of diffuser points on platform  After fireproofing steel at 1 st floor duct opening, main riser trunks may be installed up to underside of roof beams  Round ductwork released for fabrication  Clarification of hanging points off steel trusses (EOR confirmed ALL trades must connect at truss connection points)  Basement ductwork left to complete  Installation of motorized dampers  Installation of remaining purge ductwork after sprinkler head in hallway (RFI 00075) relocated Refrigerant Piping  Piping complete for ACC1 and AC2  Vacuum Testing Complete and inspected by Universal Testing Inspection and Services (UTIS) Insulator  Pipe insulation complete for ACC1 and AC2, inspected and passed by UTIS ACS GC  Firestopping required at all pipe penetrations What do you need from XBR or other trades? Spearhead CX

 Layout rough framing of walls throughout and GFRG light coves  Layout of reference lines for corresponding trades to work from

 Door opening layout and framing at 2 nd floor  Materials delivery scheduled for Friday 01‐22‐21 What do you need from XBR or other trades? Milad  Begin ordering of light fixtures

 Discuss with architect fixture type JC at front of stage: 24”w fixtures in conflict with 16” o.c. framing  Will coordinate with Spearhead CX as GFRG panels are installed for installation of light cove fixtures What do you need from XBR or other trades?

Next meeting will be scheduled on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 9am . Weekly meetings required until all trades are coordinated and well underway for their scope of work. Bi‐weekly meetings thereafter.
