Ken/Kevin,

As you know, we were in the diner installing millwork for Brooklyn Diner yesterday. The work on the convectors is still going on this morning, so our installation of millwork in that area is continuing to be delayed. There was also carpenters working on the GFRG columns in the space next to our bar die on Sunday. In addition, we already have damage to some of our installed millwork on the bridge from a lift. Please advise if there will be any more work in our space that will require base building to bring a lift in, as I cannot have anymore of our finishes damaged by base building. Unfortunately, we will not be able to begin our floor prep this morning due to the delay of the millwork, so hopefully we will get this started tomorrow.
